This charming surveyor's cottage was originally built in 1792, with additions added in 1860 and 1960. Owners Vanessa Saunders, local full-time Realtor extraordinaire and co-owner of Bunbury's Coffee Shop with Tim Bartz, wished to retain the architectural charm of the English country cottage. In order to reflect this, the drive was reconstructed with brick to reflect the original materials used in the foundation of the home. An antique iron gate was restored to it's original splendor and added to the entrance of the rear yard. A cottage fence added to the front helped set boundaries while alluring guests to the front entrance. Finally, perennial plantings echoed the landscape of her homeland of Wales.
